Pricing
Requirements are based on the kind of samples
1- Gel bands: Please excise your gels bands and provide them to the laboratory in an Eppendorf tube without any liquid or buffer added. It is recommended to place one excised band per tube; multiples bands per tube could reduce the efficiency of protein digestion and peptide extraction.
2- Bead sample: Please place the beads with jus enough PBS or Tris 50mM buffer to cover the beads. If the beads have been in contact with detergents, please rince the beads 10x with PBS.
3- Liquid/dried sample: For liquid sample we prefer to have it dried down but if you do not have the capability to dry sample down, please describe the buffer. The buffer should NOT contain any detergent even at trace level.
4- Acetylome/Ubiquitylome/Phos-Tyr: The minimum amount of sample required is 10mg of dried protein pellet.
5- Phosphoproteome: The minimum amount of sample required is 500ug of dried protein pellet.
6- MHC associated peptide enrichment: Please contact us to inquire about price and amount of material.
7- Antibody sequencing and epitope mapping: The minimum amount of material required is 10ug of dried down antibody.
