Bioinformatic software and tools

MAPDP is a bioinformatics platform for MHC-associated peptide (MAPS) discovery. Peptide identification data can be loaded via a web-based GUI to a processing pipeline enabling filtering and annotation of MAPS based on their length and binding affinity. This platform also includes generation of personalized proteome sequence databases, HLA genotyping, a spectrum viewer and data tandem mass spectra comparison with PROSIT predicted tandem mass spectra.
